Located in downtown El Cajon, residents of the Carlton G. Luhman Center for Supportive Living have easy access to shopping, public transportation, libraries, banks and restaurants. This adult residential center is an environment that supports active independent living, within walking distance to Main Street, parks, and the community center.

Every client is provided with comfortable living accommodations, nutritious meals, and a caring and supportive staff. On site professional services include health, mental health, and case management support for individuals living with mental health disorders. The facility offers 20 semi-private rooms to men with 24 hour, 7 day a week staffing.

Troy Center for Supportive Living

Removed from the noise of the city, the Troy Center for Supportive Living is also located within one block of public transportation for the convenience of our residents. Our adult residential care center offers an outdoor sitting area surrounded by large shade trees which foster a calming, relaxing, and peaceful environment. Every client is afforded comfortable living accommodations, nutritious meals, and caring and supportive staff.

Our program is a California licensed board and care facility for male and female adults, aged 18-59 living with chronic mental illness and disabling conditions. The program offers educational workshops and skill-building curriculum that teaches communication skills, independent living skills, and money management. On site professional services include health, mental health, and case management support. The facility offers 20 semi-private rooms to men and women with 24 hour, 7 day a week staffing.
