Elementary Teacher

PROGRAM MANAGER POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Early Childhood
- 8-10 years’ experience in education, Social Services or related Management of a family service field Program
- 1 year teaching experience in a licensed Childcare Program.
- Head Start/State Preschool exp. a plus

TEACHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS
*Associate Teacher
- Must hold an Associate Teacher’s
- 12 semester units in Early Permit and working towards BA Childhood Education
- Must have a High School Diploma Development or related field
- 6 units in Infant and Toddler including core courses

* Teacher I *Teacher II
- Must hold an Associate’s Degree in
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree Early Childhood Development or in Early Childhood Development related field. or related field.
- A Child Development Teacher Permit
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience or higher.
- 12 units in Child Development
- 2 years or more of relevant experience
- 6 units in Infant and Toddler
- 12 units in Child Development
- 6 units in Infant and Toddler

RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Demonstrate professional phone
- Must be computer literate etiquette and demeanor

BALLINGTON ACADEMY ELEMENTARY TEACHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
- Must pass CBEST Child Education
- Qualify for Teaching Credentials All applicants must pass a background check, obtain and pass a TB test and health screening, have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance guidelines.
