Our housing complex is conveniently located near schools, public transportation, grocery stores, and shopping malls, with a short 10-mile commute to downtown San Diego. Small children have access to three playgrounds on the property within a safe gated area.
Families can enjoy BBQs in the picnic areas, and seniors have access to a clear walking path. Additionally, parking is reserved with added spaces for guests and available off-street parking. Our property offers 168 well-appointed spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units.

OUR FAMILIES
Our community at the Palomar Apartments is made up of children, parents, grandparents and more. Each member has the opportunity to be an active member of the community. Everyone can participate in events regularly held on site at the apartments by VOASW and other organizations. Our community is proud to be able to show off our residents’ photos taking part in different events and community building exercises, utilizing the grounds and other common spaces.
With a lot of children living at the Palomar Apartments, many events are geared towards children and family-bond building. We thank South Bay Community Services for their active dedication to youth development and education, family wellness and community engagement.
